Planning software that looks as considered as the event.
EventPalette is the workspace for planners, hire houses, and clients. Design the room on a real photo, price the flowers stem by stem, and hold every chair, cloth and vase against the date — with quotes in ZAR and a ledger per function.
Planning an event takes about two minutes to brief. Preview a client board first if you would rather look around.
Design on the real photo
Upload the vase, the table, the aisle. Drag in flowers already sorted by colour and price, and watch the stem count and cost move as you build.
Flowers priced properly
Suppliers load their own stock and price lists. Where a grower prefers to quote, send them a request from inside the design and compare what comes back.
Nothing double-booked
Two chairs are two chairs. Every piece is held against the date it goes out and the day it comes back, and the supplier is told the moment it happens.
